On-Court Rules:
1. *Thai Players*: Teams must have at least 2 Thai players with a Thai passport on the court at all times.
2. Import Players(Don’t hold and Thai Visa or Thai Passport): No more than 2 Import players can be on the court simultaneously.
3. Penalties for Violations:
– First Offense: Coach 100 Baht and Team $100 fine.
– Second Offense: Coach 500 Baht and Team $250 fine.
– Third Offense: Coach 500 Baht and Team $500 fine, and the team will automatically lose the game.

Draft, Free Agent, and Player Contract Rules:
1. *Draft Structure*:
– The draft consists of two rounds, each with 30 players.
– Teams can select players in each round but are not required to use all draft picks.
2. *Player Salaries*:
– *First-round picks*: Players earn between 1000 baht and 2500 baht per game.
– *Second-round picks*: Players earn between 500 baht and 1,000 baht per game.
3. *Salary Discussions*:
– Teams cannot discuss salaries with players prior to the draft.
– Teams are prohibited from offering contracts to players submitted to the draft before the draft takes place.
– Teams will be fined $1000 for each violation of these rules.
4. *Returning Players*:
– Teams can retain up to *three Thai players* and *one local Expat* from the previous year.
– First-round picks can be signed to two-season agreements.
5. *Player Submission Requirement*:
– All *Thailand-based players* must be submitted to the draft portal to be eligible for selection.
– Players of *Thai origin* or local (Expat) or (Import) players living in Thailand or abroad who are not submitted to the draft portal will be ineligible and will not be allowed to play.
6. *Player Contracts*:
– Contracts must be uploaded to the team folder within *72 hours* of signing. Failure to do so results in a fine of $100 per incident and the coach also will incur a $100 fine.
7. *Player Profile Updates*:
– Teams must update player profiles and upload contracts within 72 hours of signing. Failure to do so will result in a fine of $100 per incident and the coach also will incur a $100 fine.
8. Excel Submission:
– Teams are required to maintain an up-to-date Excel document tracking player profiles, contracts, and draft picks, and submit it to the league.

Free Agent Window:
1. Free Agent Signing Window:
– The free agent window prior to the season will end on *September 27th*.
– Once the season starts in November, the free agent signing window will reopen and will close on *December 8th*.
– *Announcement Requirement*: Teams must inform the league of any free agents they sign. The league will collaborate with the teams to make a joint social media announcement for all free agent signings. All player announcements must be after all of Player Profile Updates, Excel Submission & Player Contracts have been completed

Important Deadlines:
1. *Waived Player Deadline*: Teams cannot waive a player after November 30th.
2. *New Player Signing (New player signing must come from current years draft pool) and Trade Deadline*: December 1st.
3. *End of Regular Season*: First Sunday in January, when the bottom 2 teams will be eliminated.
4. Players can be traded by the 8th of December (the deadline for all transactions) and since they’ve played for another team and traded they will qualify to play in the playoffs.
4. *Team Payment*:
– Teams must make a payment of $500 towards their league fee before promoting tryouts.
– All payments must be cleared six months prior to the pre-season start on October 26 of each year.

Roster Limits:
– *Maximum Roster*: A team can have up to 12 players at any time (according to FIBA rules).
– *Playoff Eligibility*: Players must participate in at least 3 regular-season games to be eligible for the playoffs.
