Nicole Byrd

Nicole Byrd. She is currently the Co-Owner of the New York Court Kings. The New York Court Kings were founded back in 2015, when she saw how her son was going to Tryout after Tryout spending hundreds of dollars on these tryouts only to be turned down. These tryouts were nothing more then money makers for these organizations. She was later introduced to Joe Newman the owner of the ABA (American Basketball Association). The team played in this league for approximately two (2) years and she able to get 2 of her players pro contracts. The team had great success which led to their first professional trip to London to play in the World Club Basketball Tournament. The New York Court Kings developed a big fan base in London and were asked to come back several times to host camps and compete in the tournament. In 2019 the New York Court Kings decided to move into the The Basketball League (TBL). They played there for 1 year then COVID hit. In 2022 they decided to bring the team back to the Triple Threat Basketball League (TTBL).
