Agent Certification
In order to obtain a TEBA Agents’ license, all candidates must:

Basic Application Process
To become TEBA certified, an agent must:
- Be certified by the FIBA for at least 1 year and be in good standing.
- Submit an application using the registration form below.
- Successfully complete the required background check (accessed as part of the application in NCAP);
- Pay the nonrefundable application fee (paid when submitting your form).
- Respond to any requests for information received from the TEBA within 10 days of being notified.
- Pay the certification monthly fee. (Agent will be notified of the necessary photo upload and certification fee amount once the TEBA has determined that all other requirements have been met.)
- Conduct duties necessary to be an agent in compliance with TEBA requirements.

Application Fees.
At the conclusion of the application, the agent will be redirected to Sterling Volunteers to provide information for the required background check and will need to pay a non-refundable application fee of $80.

Certification Monthly Fees.
- Applicant – Certification Fees. Fees are based on the number of players an agent plans to submit in the league draft in a calendar year.
- 1 Player (base) = $15/per month
- 2 Player (base) = $18/per month
- 4 Players (base) = $20/per month

Agent License must be active for at least 7 months prior to the draft
