1. Team Ownership
During the course of our partnership (league and Team Owner), You agree not to work for or provide any services to any competitor of the League within the Asian (ASEAN) region. Neither shall you engage in any competitive activity with respect to the League in Thailand during our season. You agree to not develop a competitive league that is in direct competition with our league eg (5v5 basketball).
2. Local Player Compensation & General Code of Conduct
All Team owners & staff should respect their colleagues & athletes. We won’t allow any kind of discriminatory behavior, harassment or victimization. Employees should conform with our equal opportunity policy in all aspects of their work, from recruitment and performance evaluation to interpersonal relations. Compensation to any parties under contract shall be payable to whom the agreed contract is between.
3. Marketing Procedures
All marketing materials must be cleared through the media department (including social media and tryout promotions).
4. Violations
Violating these rules subject to permanent removal from the league.
5. Pricing/Recurring Billing/Payment Methods
You are fully responsible for timely payment of all fees for team License and for any obligations to pay taxes and charges arising from your purchase of the Gravity Forms License.
Pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to modify the renewal pricing of an existing team License either temporarily or for the future lifetime of the TEBA League License. If changing prices would affect Team Licenses already owned, we will notify all affected Team owners in advance. Notification will be made via electronic mail, using the email address listed by the user on their registered league account information a. It is your responsibility to ensure that their email address is kept up to date.
Recurring Billing and Refunds. By purchasing, renewing, or upgrading your team License and providing a valid Payment Method, you authorize us to charge you a license renewal fee for TEBA league team Licenses at the specified rate on the League Website to your Payment Method. The amount and future billing date will be clearly stated on the Licenses Page for each league License.Refunds will not be granted after 30 days of the final payment.
Payment Methods. The payment method used to purchase, renew or upgrade a team License will be stored securely with our payment processor and will be re-billed when a team License is renewed. The payment method will not be utilized or stored for any other purposes. You are responsible for editing and keeping your Payment Method information current for each team License by visiting the league website.
